Shipping Policy

Local orders (based in Singapore): A flat rate of $3.80 for all local orders via trackable courier.

For small stickers only orders, they will be mailed out via normal mail (no tracking number) at a flat rate of $0.30.

Local shipping takes around 2-3 days to process and mail out.

International orders: We offer international shipping based on the fees calculated at the end of your order. All international taxes (such as value added tax etc.) that may be charged at the destination are to be borne solely by the customer.

Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases

We do not accept any returns or exchange of items received through online purchases.

We accept partial refunds on a case by case basis, based on these criteria:

1) If the products is badly damaged during the process of delivery
2) If you are highly dissatisfied with the end product (only for custom work)

We will require all customers to take a photo of the goods received and email it to us at droolstamps@gmail.com to process your request.

Events related

How much does your workshop/live event cost?

The cost of workshop/live event depends on the scale of the event, no. of pax, etc.

To ask for quotation, please email me at droolstamps@gmail.com with the following details:

  • What your event is about
  • Duration of your event
  • No. of pax you are expecting
  • Any other specific requests

Can I engage you for my company/school/organization for workshop?

Yes, of course! Please feel free to email me at droolstamps@gmail.com to share about your event and I will get back to you with a quotation.

Can I invite you to speak at my event?

I'd love to share my experience as an artist/craft entrepreneur in schools, churches, etc. Feel free to email me at droolstamps@gmail.com to inquire and check on my availability.

How do I join your Patreon?

Step 1: Hop over to my Patreon page

Step 2: Choose a membership tier that suits you the best

Step 3: Click "Join" under the tier of your choice and you will be brought to make payment and provide your details to enrol into membership

What benefits do I get as a patron?

Please refer to my membership page to see the benefits and rewards you get for the different tiers.

How does Patreon work?

Think of Patreon as a membership platform. When you become a patron, you have access to all my content on Patreon and rewards specific to your tier.

Every month, I will create a Patreon-exclusive artwork based on a theme, make into rewards and mail them out to you. (If you select a tier that opts for physical rewards)

You can either pay the membership monthly to receive exclusive rewards every month, or you can pay yearly and get a discount on your membership!

There is no minimum commitment on Patreon if you choose to pay monthly and you can upgrade or cancel your membership any time.
